1. Platform Nature

Autorepair.city ("Platform", "Company", "we", "us") operates as a marketing and lead-generation platform connecting vehicle owners ("Users") with independent automotive repair shops and mechanics ("Service Providers").

• We do not perform automotive repairs.
• We are not a repair facility.
• We do not inspect vehicles.
• We do not guarantee parts or labor.

All repair agreements are solely between Users and Service Providers.

2. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Service Providers listed on Autorepair.city are independent businesses. We do not verify:

• Licensing or certifications
• Insurance coverage
• Warranty policies
• Compliance with state automotive regulations

Users must independently evaluate repair shops before authorizing services.

3. Lead Distribution Disclosure

By submitting a service request, Users acknowledge that their information may be shared with one or multiple repair shops for response and quoting purposes.

4. AI & Pricing Disclaimer

The Platform may display estimated repair costs generated through automated systems or AI tools.

• Estimates are informational only.
• They are not binding quotes.
• Final pricing is determined after vehicle inspection by the Service Provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Autorepair.city shall not be liable for:

• Vehicle damage
• Mechanical failure
• Improper repairs
• Parts defects
• Warranty disputes
• Personal injury
• Financial losses

Total liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid to the Platform within the previous 12 months, whichever is less.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autorepair.city from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your contract with any repair shop
• Violation of applicable laws

7. Premium Listings & Subscriptions

• Payments are for advertising exposure only.
• No guarantee of leads, customers, or revenue.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Call Recording Disclosure

Calls routed through tracking numbers may be recorded or monitored for compliance, quality assurance, and fraud prevention.

9. TCPA Consent

By submitting your contact information, you provide express written consent to receive calls, SMS, and emails, including automated communications. Consent is not required for purchase.

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. Users waive the right to jury trial and participation in class actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
